As a first time buyer and someone who doesnt know much about the process, Malcolm and the team were very informative and helpful during the entire process. We were allowed to ask a list of questions about our blind-spots to do with taking on a mortgage and we were given the tools to understand the timelines involved when buying our house.
We managed to get a deal that suited us both and we even switched rates as they started to fall again (April/May 2024) which wasnt a problem with Malcolm at all. We really felt like we were looked after on a 1-1 basis, he has worked SO hard for us, often getting back to us within less than an hour to questions and queries and on weekends.
The advice and the care that he took to make sure we were hitting important deadlines and doing the things we needed to at the correct times was also really helpful. Everyone we spoke to in Podone and Malcolm were friendly and they took alot of care to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way.
We have a 2yr fix but we will definately feel like we are in the best hands for when we find a deal after the term. We couldnt have asked for a better broker and service during such a huge life-changing moment; thank you Malcolm and the team so much!
